Alzheimer’s Association – Southeast Florida Chapter
Provides education, caregiver support, local support groups, community programs and resources for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services

Rales JFS, based in Boca Raton, provides services for seniors, caregivers and families, including caregiver support, counseling, case management, food and financial assistance, support groups and programs designed to help older adults remain safely at home.

Trustbridge / Hospice by the Sea
Many longtime South Florida residents know the Hospice by the Sea name. Today, Hospice by the Sea is part of Trustbridge, providing hospice care, palliative care, caregiver support, grief support and bereavement services throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

Senior & Caregiver Resource Navigation

Area Agency on Aging of Broward County

The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Broward County helps seniors, adults with disabilities and caregivers locate services and assistance throughout Broward County.

Resources include caregiver support, respite programs, dementia resources, meals, transportation, home assistance, Medicare counseling and other aging-related services.

An excellent starting point for Palm Beach County seniors and caregivers who aren't sure where to turn for help.

Legal Resources for Seniors

Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County
Provides legal assistance to qualifying Palm Beach County residents, including services through its Elder Law programs.
