"I am an estate planning and probate attorney in Delray Beach, Florida. I used Michele's services in a few recent estate and trust administrations to assist my clients with the sale of estate-owned homes in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Michele went above and beyond what I've ever experienced with other realtors involved in selling estate-owned properties. She aggressively listed, marketed and sold the properties, while seamlessly handling a number of complications that arose during the process. Her hands on approach with my clients freed up more of my own time to focus on the other aspects of the estate administrations. She took on the responsibilities of obtaining appraisals needed for the estate inventories, recommended the company used to appraise and sell the decedents' personal property, then cleaned out the homes, maintained the landscaping, and handled communications with the HOA and mortgage companies to sell the properties at top dollar. Her resources and connections in the community proved invaluable, not just to my practice but in savings to my clients in not having an attorney bill hourly for time otherwise needed.
